Refund Policy

At Bakers Yard, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following refund policy:
 
Food Products
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on food products. However, if there is an issue with the quality or freshness of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Merchandise (Tote Bags, etc.)
For non-food items, such as merchandise, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Event Bookings
For event bookings (e.g., wreath making, private events), refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event date. If you need to cancel within this period, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Bespoke Orders (Cakes, Catering)
Due to the personalised nature of bespoke orders, such as custom cakes or catering services, refunds are only available if the order is canceled at least 7 days in advance. If you need to make changes or cancel your bespoke order, please contact us promptly.
