Please note: We require at least 48 hours' notice for all orders. For example, if you are ordering on the 10th of December, you will need to select the 12th of December for collection.

1. How far in advance do I need to order?
We require 48 hours' notice for all orders to ensure we have time to bake and prepare your items fresh for collection.

2. Can I order more than one of the same item?
Each item is capped at three per day to ensure quality and availability.

3. Can I change my collection date after placing an order?
Please contact us directly as soon as possible if you need to adjust your collection date. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if sufficient notice is provided.

4. When can I collect my order?
Collection is available between 9am–4pm on your selected date. Please check our opening hours to plan your visit.

5. Can I have my order delivered?
Currently, all items are collection only.

6. What if I miss my collection date?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders not collected on the specified date cannot be refunded or held over for another day.
